How do you ensure my mosaic artwork won't break during shipping?

Mosaics are heavy and crafted from delicate materials like glass, ceramic, and stone, so we take packaging very seriously. Every piece is wrapped in multiple thick layers of professional-grade bubble wrap and tightly secured inside a heavy-duty, reinforced box with dense packing materials to prevent any shifting during transit.

Is shipping really 100% free within the EU? Are there any hidden fees?

Yes, shipping is entirely free. We cover 100% of the UPS standard shipping costs for every single order delivered within the European Union, with no minimum purchase required. Because you are buying from an Austrian business and shipping within the EU, there are no customs duties, import tariffs, or hidden cross-border fees applied upon delivery.

What should I do if my mosaic arrives damaged?

While we pack our art meticulously, transit accidents can occasionally happen. If your mosaic arrives broken, please take clear photos of the damaged artwork as well as the exterior packaging box immediately. Email these photos to us at martyn.rasine@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will open an insurance claim with UPS and immediately arrange a repair or a full refund for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because our mosaic pieces require careful handling, specialized protective packaging, and strict quality checks before leaving our studio, our estimated delivery timeline is 5 to 14 days from your purchase date. As soon as UPS collects your package from our studio, we will email you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey directly to your door.

Does my mosaic come with hanging hardware? How should I mount it?

We do not provide any hanging equipment or mounting hardware with our mosaic pieces. Because mosaic art can be heavy due to the stone, glass, and grout backing, the ideal mounting method depends heavily on your specific wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, or concrete). We strongly recommend visiting your local hardware store to purchase appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors or consulting a professional installer to ensure your artwork is securely and safely mounted.
