Thank you for supporting Martyn Rasine! Every mosaic piece is carefully handcrafted, packaged, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our shipping regions, processing times, and transit handling.
1. Free Shipping Within the EU
  • Exclusively EU: We currently only ship to destinations within the European Union (EU).
  • Always Free: We are proud to offer 100% free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Our Carrier: All orders are shipped securely via UPS.
2. Delivery Timeline
  • Timeframe: Because mosaic art requires careful handling and specialized packing, you can expect your artwork to arrive within 5 to 14 days from your purchase date.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking link as soon as your artwork leaves our studio.
3. Specialty Packaging for Fragile Art
Mosaics are heavy and crafted from delicate glass, ceramic, or stone.
  • Secure Packing: We wrap all pieces in thick bubble wrap and secure them in heavy-duty boxes with custom packing materials to prevent any shifting during transit.
  • Large Artworks: Extra-large or exceptionally heavy architectural mosaic panels may require custom handling. If your order requires a specialty crate, we will contact you directly to coordinate delivery at no extra cost to you.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
We take immense pride in our protective packaging, but transit accidents can happen.
  • Damaged Items: If your mosaic arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at martyn.rasine@gmail.com. You must include photos of the damaged artwork and the exterior box so we can process a claim with UPS. We will quickly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your UPS tracking link shows the package is stuck or lost, contact us immediately at martyn.rasine@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
